Welcome to Neal Dow Elementary School!

Chico Unified Parents'/Students' Rights & Responsibilities
At the beginning of each school year, or when a student registers, a Parents'/Students' Rights and Responsibilities is provided to each student/parent or guardian via the Aeries Parent Portal.
